There is still lots of fats in Seagate Asia especially Singapore. Seems like that are that serious about job cuts . Which company can you see 3 senior managers for logistics in Singapore, 2 in China and 1 in Thailand ?

Sucking high salary but getting poor sites fellows to do the donkey works then claiming the credit and telling the corporate that they did it not the sites fellows ... annual focal get 3 and above with complaining sites fellows from Malaysia, Thailand and China were poor in performing ....

The senior management does not understand the phrase "lean & mean team" !!! All of these useless FAT will suck the company dry !
SSDC headcount is around 700 i guess. a lot of them on low salary bracket. there is some fat (redundant director/manager roles ) however cutting a couple of managers is not going to turnaround seagate fortunes. Unfortunately it will require closing a facility as the real cost saving comes by reducing the footprint.
Lots of directors in ssdc. They were from the previous building. They are doing nothing and sucking stx salary.
Yep. Why does every group of 2-4 highly paid and educated engineers need a manager? It's actually about top down control of decisions all the way down to what font size you use. That's not a joke.
Agree!!! Looking at SSDC u can noticed a Senior Manager only got a single engineer to report to!!! WTF of Seagate Singapore Design Centre doing it??? Mike Comel better check it out...
