They still think they're to big to fail...
Middle managent and HR especially have no stake in it. So, they do what's best for themselves only. The end result is a layer of managent with hardly any applicable knowledge and skill.
The Norwegian still thinks technology is gonna save the day. Hahaha what a joke.
The company is gonna lose. Zero leadership left. This has nothing to do with the downturn. It's sheer utter incompetence throughout the ranks. The integration model does not work for everything. Let people and businesses do what they do best. Other companies are not perfect either but incompetence is less tolerated.
It's unreal how many bosses don't even have college degrees in this company and base their existence on years of service which they never qualified to be hired for in the first place. Real experience and skill won't get rewarded. So how did they get to be where they are... Down and dirty... And screwing great people over for years and years...
