Marrty Lippert (CTO) said 68% of the 1 Billion dollar in cuts are coming from GTO. This was the answer he gave when asked where the cuts were coming from.

First Marty hates to be called CTO or CIO. He is head of operations and technology. Not surprised he contributed a bunch of heads-- he certainly has a track record.
GTO = Global Technolology Operations aka IT
GTO = Global Technology Operations (basically it's Information Technology & Operations, essentially back-office administrative departments)
