Timing of the RA will be so that you will be home for Thanksgiving with your family.

That doesn't mean anything. I believe the March and May RAs didn't go down on the forecasted date, but did shortly after. Usually it's something to do with the managers not all having completed the training or some last minute legal hangup or something. If you watch the facebook page 'watching ibm' page someone else updated that his/her manager said more like Aug 24-30 now. Usually they take place over several days. But, that doesn't mean it won't be tomorrow or the day after. I guess they just love to keep everyone stressed out.
