I was laid off 9/9 last year, and the burn gets worse when I hear you boasting (or lying) about your big bonuses and focal increases.

You have your own Luczo? Are you sure it's not really a Luzco? Those car makes look so alike, they're hard to tell apart. Did you get it at the local Luzco dealership, or at the one in the next town over? Don't know?? Maybe easy math, but obviously viciously difficult spelling for you.
I hear around 2% focal, 6-8% of 6m salary for bonus in SG. Must be dependent on groups - more valuable = high bonus budget.
How's the average increment for sg site?
I received advice from this guy named Ken; when I asked him about the layoffs. He said, "you got to know when to hold them and when to fold them." We talked about career changes and he said, "you got to know when to walk away and when to run." That seemed reasonable; so I asked him about the reported high bonus and raises. Ken's advice, "you never count your money sitting at the table ... time enough for counting when Septembers done."

hike and bonus are just nominal this time, dont expect too much. Start looking for better opportunity..

I tried for an hour to calculate bonus but could not come up with anything. It's the most complicated system I've ever come across (this is coming from a math major). I can't even ballpark it.
Raises I've heard mixed things. Dont know what to believe. It's Seagate though, don't get your hopes up.
