I'm still waiting for my length-of-service payment. Nothing in my bank account yet, will check again tomorrow.

Escalate it. I had to talk to them twice. They gave me a paydate, then changed it to 8/16. I am still trying to verify that the amount is correct.
The names of those being ISPed shouldn't have come as a surprise to HR/Payroll. They should have started the process BEFORE the person's end date. Then basically push the button once the file/data is fine tuned for any with Open Door overturns. That's how I'd have done it.
You have to call (continuously) and get it escalated, mine was in the system calculated for 3 months but no one had scheduled it to actually be paid. It got paid the second time they gave me a paydate, missed the first one with no explanation. The person in the call center admitted they were behind because there were just too many people to pay. WTF.
Took 96 days to finally get everything from ISP in April. (despite multiple emails and calls promising much, much sooner).
No idea what exempt paydays are. Non-exemts were paid every other Friday. You guys are either the 1st and 15th, or the 1st and 16th, or the 15th and end of month, or the 16th and end of month.
I'm not much help, huh? But one of those examples is correct. :)
OP - you should know what Intel's paydays are for exempts. Try looking at your checking account to see what dates they credit.
OP here. I already called HR in early July and was told I should receive the payment in 1-2 pay period, the only payment I received was the $9000 COBRA in Aug 1. Looks I need to call again.
Anyone still waiting for his/her payment ?
The only payment I missed was cobra payout and I got it today with +50% base salary offer. Flawless victory.
