Any feedback from the All hands? Should we run the race of the turtle (slow steady) or the rabbit (jump ship and move on to another company)?? What did you get from the All hands? Any thoughts?

You can become lean and agile if you eat less and exercise more.
Looking out for a job for career advancement should be an ongoing process and should never be dependent on how a company is performing. This is not the end of layoffs; like I said in another post every company is trying to be lean and agile by trimming their workforce. Similarly an employee should become lean and agile by having varied experiences in different technologies/industries. That can only be achieved if one keeps moving around every 3 to 4 years.
