But is your company of 500 people making any money? Or are they in debt up to their a-hole and drilling to try and make money to pay back the banks they owe money to? You need to qualify your statement a bit more.

C'mon, you know the drill. It is all about process safety. You need a few people to plan the stages, approve the quality of the materials, and hire consultants for "assurance". Then you need someone to supervise the proper use of knee pads, someone to check posture and form, one person to hold the hair and two people to enforce compliance with proper disposal (spit or swallow).
