Knittle Knittwitt is the weasel OOMPA Loompa. C---y little 31 year old prick. He needs to work a few more years, as he still knows nothing and cannot lead or manage. How bout the failed CMBA program? Who supervised that?? Just another downfall of his! Ha ha ha. :)

Be sure to give a written dispute to any write-ups. They do the write-ups in an effort to try and counter your claim against receiving unemployment based on their "justifiable" termination. By disputing this (in writing) you have something to fight with if they push back against your claim. Be respectful and professional. A rubttal should go like this:

State clearly that you disagree with the information being added to your personnel file before composing a rebuttal letter. Try to discuss the issue that's led to a poor performance review or disciplinary action with your manager before any information is officially recorded.

Consider if you have grounds to submit a rebuttal. There's little you can do if you've repeatedly breached your employer's rules.

THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT: Use evidence to support your rebuttal. Use stats that show your strong performance if you've received an unfair review. If your performance has dropped off for reasons outside your control, identify the cause of the problems you've faced.

Try not to make it personal (unless they've made it personal THEN only use the facts/perceptions as you see them supported by past practices . Quote the sections of your performance review that you want to rebut and then present your evidence. State that you want a copy of the rebuttal letter kept in your personnel file

Follow up on your rebuttal if you haven't received a response in two weeks.

USE THIS INFO IF YOU ARE TERMINATED WHEN YOU FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT IF THEY TRY TO ARGUE YOUR GROUNDS FOR RECEIVING IT.

1szb, I wonder if you are talking about the same weasel I'm thinking of! But as far as I know the campus has a bunch of kiss asses, & worthless people in management! In good ol Florida! Presidents who are as anti social as my big toe and EC who just live to brag about the sh-- they got! Keep it stepping! With that being said, anynkre layoffs? I'm just sitting here as the rescuer while I'm given all these things to do, by the loser in his tiny office next to me! Wink wink!!

They let you go even if you do your job to the best of your ability! Sad part is the student has to pass their class. You can't pass it for them. Why don't those idiots get that!!?? Any smart person knows that they care about nobody!! You are just a number! Enjoy your days til you are shuffled out the door! You will be thrown out like the trash, just like AIO was, & Recovery, & Compliance, etc. That Knitt-Witt Oompa Loompa Weasel is the WORST Campus Director (what a ridiculous title for that pathetic little office) ever!!! He should've been Long gone as he s---s & is clueless!! Just watch for that weasel to tap you on the shoulder.... Verbal ridiculous Counseling & then here comes their retarded CAP!! We all know he s---ed on the phones, and he definitely can't carry a conversation (forget quality conversation) with any student. He might get that elusive freebie that will apply and start without talking to nobody, but that's about it. :) Gav is worthless as well, so misery loves company. :) Oh go team!

Evaluate on quarters, write up people not hitting their numbers. BTW quarter numbers are what 6 months used to be. Freeze pay, late Fridays, take take take and run the place into the ground. Get out now! Start looking for new jobs. This place DOES NOT care about you.
