Too much Racism guys...where are we going ahead? think to be a human and kind enough to others before making sh-- comments....everyone is equal in the world and there are Chinese living in US and Americans in China...its the type of world we are going ahead. So stop your racism acts and be human.
Every time this f---er OP posts a message, he identify himself as an Indian and brings in the racism via other anti Indian guys. Why dont you keep quiet man and why are you spoiling Indians here?
Happy Independence day to all our Indian associates
A Truly amazing democracy and world technical power
SADAR Patel is very proud ...Obama issues a great congratulations
Better not to take risk in "Hire Quick and Fire Quick" companies.
Good to check this site before joining any company.
Beat recruiting to is to be a great company with great managers from top to bottom.
Pressuring managers to hit URM numbers isn't going to do much for the company's culture or future.
Wonder if BK has the IQ to figure that out or needs Bain to tell him after a 9 figure follow up visit
What Intel doesn't understand is that the best way to attract THE BEST talent - including URMs and women - is to be a successful company with an exciting future that treats its employees with respect.
Intel presently fails on both of those measures.
Consolidating employees to Portland (i.e. the whitest city in America) and Santa Clara (i.e. one of the most expensive places to live in America) just makes the task that much more difficult. To say nothing about the CEO hosting a Trump fund-raiser (er..."discussion about the future of technology...").
I knew it was time to go when I looked at my entire org chart and realized that the 1) it was filled with idiots, as*holes and political hacks in really important roles, 2) the best people had left or been pushed out (including, coincidentally some of the best, most promising female and minority employees) and 3) I couldn't find anyone for whom I really wanted to work (the best of the worst, anyone?!)
Oddly enough I've not seen any reach out to Religious or Conservative groups. Methinks this is more an attempt by management to cloak themselves in SJW virtue then deal with both the real-work market issues that plague Intel and the dis-enchantment that exists amongst workers.
@hxs BK sees them as IP
not sure what's happening, but every post i make duplicates. Usually after the server tells me it can't post my comment, lol. Sorry guys.
I have nothing against Intel's commitment to hire more minorities. However, I think the current huge push toward URMs, transgender bathrooms, Pride flags flying at the campuses, etc. are a distraction. The company has huge business issues that all the best commitments to diversity will not solve. At the same time, hate comments around Indians, Chinese, LGBT etc are not helpful on this forum.
