If you are mgmt level 4 and above and not an exec with HPE ES, you will be replaced by the CSC manager already doing the job you do. This is not a spin/merger - it is only called this for tax reasons. It is an acquisition and CSC will run the company and keep their own people - at least those who survive their own slash and burn. At this point is is foolish to stay - the market is strong.

I got cut a month ago after management contracted 3 new people into my team. So glad to be let go, no culture, no incentive and especially not appreciated.

And how do you know this? Sounds like your personal opinion to me. Every US employee in both companies is a marked target no matter what level you are under the board of directors. We all know this so please stick to the facts not assumptions.
I thought the rumor was all the other way around... That they were keeping the CEO, but they were getting a new Board full of Meg zombies.
