Same here. Emailed and called. Others in same situation. They are fixing it. Would advise you call too to make sure you are on the fix list.
Asked not to cash check until I hear back from Intel. They will decide how to remedy the money after they have fixed the coverage. I want a full unwinding of the error including withheld taxes.

I am afraid that they screwed it up so bad that I will only get 6 months coverage. I hope this can be undone. Emailing now and will call somebody tomorrow
Keep at it. Every level of this was pretty screwed up, but the limited, oversubscribed workers in the trenches will do the right thing. It's a pain for you, but the mistakes are all corrected in the end. Think of it as a top-down systemic issue - don't shoot the front line person - they're the ones who will help you the most.
