My site is closing down and i've decided to take severance rather than relocate. If i find a job at another site (not the relocation site) do i have to pay severance back? The package i got is sort of vague on this scenario.

You are a con, take ur package move on. Intel should stop wasting money who can do no good. Increase salaries for ppl who can help Intel or increase bonuses

I would be EXTREMELY surprised if you did not have to pay it back. I know (and yes, I know this is different) that VSP & ERP'er have to pay back if we return before 1 year. I'd be very surprised if you didn't have to.
