I want to bring this to every future or current Ibm employee or contractor , if Ibm wants you to work long extra hours and tell you claim less then what you work ask you to talk day off but they never let you take that day off nor they pay over time for work you did Spit on the managers face and write this email " you are not running charity and I am not here for free service . Ask to speak to a manager---your overtime wages will be reimbursed within one pay period. That always seemed to work for me when I was employed at IBM. Hope this helps.
