Apply for other teams and inform the same to your colleagues
Enjoy and get the package , start a new job

Competition for SSL4 is going to be fierce, only select few get it, don't think the guy next to you isn't trying twice as hard to get it.
If you really s--- it up and get put in an IR, you'll usually be offered a package on the spot or to accept the CAP/WW and work through it.

Show up somebody who has a lot of political power. Be provably correct as you do so and watch how it doesn't matter!
