Moronic acquisition ... by BK-created "New Devices Group" led by MIke Bell (remember him?). 3rd-string wearable device company ... with no differentiation, no line-of-sight to being able to use Intel silicon AND no plan to develop silicon optimized for the needs of the market . Nor any plan to create a non-silicon (services?) business model.

Acquisition was done in early days of BK's tenure. Perhaps a prototype to help him perfect his technique for flushing Intel's substantial cash balance down the drain with the Altera acquistion?
