Ai of L.A. is currently in a teach-out. Enrollment is low in other campuses. Ai of Orange County, Southern California, is only alive because of it's culinary program. San Diego will be the next to teach-out. It's inevitable that the Ai brand will sink nationwide late to early 2017.

To @IH61jUV-6wek: Try checking the Argosy branch because most of CA Ai branch are under that system, so it is possible you're referring to them as I recall they were in the process of merging into that system, but keeping the brand name and still being under EDMC
Wait, last I heard the California schools had already started this process a couple of years ago. Possibly even to separate them self from EDMC. Anyone in CA have any info?

I wouldn't be surprised if EDMC began announcing closures at the end of August. This scandal involving the nonprofit charity funneling money to the for profit school has everyone scrambling to get out from under. Now the Fed and the IRS are involved and no one wants to be around when indictments for fraud and money laundering are handed down. What a mess.
To think this was once a flourishing, well respected program and now it's come to this.
I think the shut down will start happening sooner. The non profit charity scandal was a crime and a game changer. Now the IRS and the Feds are involved.
Christ, they could hurry up shutting down. At this point you'd think the cost of operations would supersede any profit.
