Eliminate the fats to achieve the cost saving targets

Why have facility and posh office/ building in one of world's most expensive cities?

I would rather have that R&D office in US (Proudly proclaimed Designed in USA, rather than Singapore!)

Moreover, there are many redundant old folks in Seagate Singapore who are getting fat salaries (Executive / Senior / Directors and Sr managers) yet not contributing any positive but merely take credits for direct reports hardwork ....case in point is Molly Ang from C&B. Their VPs simply turned blind eyes or they are truely blind swayed by smooth talking.......

Eliminating those fats are some of the steps that had to be taken in order to achieve the cost saving targets. SVP/ VPs must wake up!!!

You are blind and dumb to how the world works. Singapore isnt about cheap labor, its about talent. You have sites in Silicon Valley, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc where the educated talent is and wants to live. No one wants to live in OKC. We have CHEAP call centers in OKC. Before you b--ch like a little girl la you need to understand economics.

Yeah man, contrary to popular belief the US sites might be lower cost now than Singapore and South Korea. After all, raises have been below inflation in the US for a decade so yeah, we are the new cheap labor.
