As long as executives can sell millions in stock before the announcement of earnings, who do you think we are? Come on, this has been going on for decades in corporate America and they "Executives" could care less about who does the work. Bottom line, unite as a work force or be replaced by those who are paid less, but more paid. I hope they choke on the earnings.

My opinion...Signs point to a sale or merger. Crank up the value, cut expenses, damage relationships for short term gain. No long term strategy with current partners. Its not just for someones parachute. Think about it. Its all about the bottom line..but why? Part of their playbook. Protect yourselves.
