Hi every bidy thought I would drop u all a line . Knowing that u look at this page nearly 4 months I lefted .and I can now say im doing the job I set out too do trainee steel man im up in Scotland til new year so all keep safe and be good I will see some of u around some day hope every thing is ok at nov . F---ing love it here . Done f--- all In the week and now im coming in doing 12 hours sat and sun . Ive got more hours in then him on the weasel on the rep .

This is how bad are management team and union are at greengate. They allow some 1 from mtm to work 12 hours and finish at 6 am on friday morning . And then come back at at 12 the same day only 6 hours break . The union are f---ing sh--e. This should not be allowed its health and safety gone bad but he creeps like f--- to alan and ian proffit . The management are wankers and sh--e bags it needs sorting out say this guy has an accident who is too blame then.
Nothing is coming to greengate . Because the management team of honest kev .andy spooner barrie in the back off the net walker.glen I haven't got a clue what im doing whitlow.and matt who gives a f--- willis. Are all in charge they are all f--- rights. And are clueless what they are doing greengate is f---ing doomed .
Nah we are making a ton from all the scrap we keep making! And they are paying us double time to make it...

Yes because you have pricks in charge . Who have not got a clue what they are doing . Sad but true .
I hope so because I'm starting to worry now going of the lack of work, atmosphere and moral... I've been with mono/nov for 20 years in pump fitting and I realy want it to succeed but it's hard to believe it when all is happening.. just trying to work out whether it's time to move on and find another job..
We are responding by aggressively reducing costs and restructuring our operations to match this market reality
