Top execs are paid mostly in stock. To fund their high flying life style, they have to sell stock at some point. So insider sales don't necessarily indicate health of the company.

Intel is rising on the Apple LTE modem sale news.

Rest if this ship is taking water in.

Stock at a high!!! Those in the know know what is going on and getting it while it is best, duh.

If IOT and cloud and all was as roses and revenue and profits would certainly grow who would sell? Let's be honest all of us even the rich are greedy and want Moore, LOL

Funny, no one is making Murthy 'colocate' either--though he gets a private jet to fly to SC whenever he needs to. Meanwhile, is the Folsom shuttle still at risk? I remember the veep telling those folks to just move to SC if that's where the job is. Back to the insider selloff though--I thought a couple of years ago the Board imposed limits on how much stock and when anyone over a certain grade level could sell? We were told, at that time, that the new rules were intended to make sure the execs had long-term skin in the game. So that's gone bye-bye too?

Cause these guys are phonies and not true patriots with the cause of growing the company. This selling also sends a signal that the company is on life support. What a joke to have hired a Qualcomm outcast six months before for an incredible signing bonus, and he has been selling his Intel stock ever since. Joke.
