I am 55. There is no more old people left. It feels odd to be the oldest person when I am at work.
BK, can we hire more old people for diversity sake?

@1ohv- who cares who he/she is, the lack of transparency from this Intel regime is appalling.
BK is no spring chicken either. In fact he meets the criteria for getting laid off.
What you posted about the retention warmline, @-1ave, is confidential and wasn't to be shared with others. And no, I'm not HR. I'm someone that got the confidential email too. Not sure how you were able to share that, it was uncopiable as far as I could tell. What I found odd was my manager wasn't even aware of the program.
Are you the same mole for The Oregonian? lol
Still plenty of old folks left, calling BS on this post.
Hello Intel Employees,
We are pleased to offer you a new support service, the Retention WarmLine. Our goal is to provide the support you need when/if you are struggling with issues or concerns about staying in your job or lack of progression. Retaining key talent is important to Intel, and we want to help before you feel you’ve run out of options.
More about the WarmLine
The Retention WarmLine is a confidential service that connects you, within two business days, to a Retention Advisor who will offer real-time support and guidance through different options available to you. You can use the WarmLine when you are experiencing:
• Lack of progression
• Lack of integration
• Isolation
• Job skills mismatch or no development plan
• Strained relationship with your manager
You can also submit a help request on behalf of someone else. Please be aware that we cannot offer legal or ACT-related support, but we will direct you to the appropriate resource if necessary. When you go to the WarmLine you’ll see FAQs that provide more information. If you have questions that aren’t addressed, you can contact the Retention Program Office.
Should the need arise, we look forward to helping you stay at Intel and contribute to our future success. If you don’t have the link bookmarked when you need to find us, remember that you can search on Circuit or Ask Ivy.

age discimination?
No question I was "old" don't work there anymore, I concur they are kicking the old guys out.
If you are old better get a lifejacket off the Titanic
What do you mean by "liberals like BK."? He is a Trump supporter. There will be 55 year olds left; 65+ year olds? Not so sure.
Yeah, when he's an old man @-ufs. lol
The seat warmer RCG will turn the lights off.
Inclusion to Liberals like BK means getting rid of old white guys.
I'm calling BS on you, OP. I know for a fact there are a lot older than 55 still at Intel. I'd have gone once a package was offered, but hey! That's me. lol
