All RSU show vested - Over 60 and rule of 75 so ran the table on all... For me no issue so far with stock or payouts.. Intel has been spot on to me so far.

Actually, it would be what I stated below (the Reply box tricked me because my last post is above this box I'm typing in). (And if my last post could have been any less clear... lol) Rule of 55 = Age 55 + 15 years of service. I found over the years that a lot of employees were totally unaware that rule even existed. They thought the only rule was the Rule of 75 (there's more than those 2).
Another thing I found mindboggling that a fair amount of employees were unaware of is that they had SERMA if they retired under one of the rules. How can someone NOT know what perks they have?!?? It's beyond me. I want to know it ALL so I can make the best decisions for myself.
Age 55 plus 15 yrs of service. it's what I ERP'ed with. I held out for a package once I became eligible to retire last year. You get all the retirement benefits EXCEPT accelerated vesting of RSUs as I stated above.
My experience so far, too - all has been great with ERP settlements.
What is Rule of 55?
mine were zero, and then the last four years reappeared. you have to click through the grant number to see how much they took for taxes, and the cost basis.

You log into your UBS account and look, @1fci . I noticed today when I logged on that all mine went to zero (I wasn't eligible for accelerated vesting under the Rule of 55). If you have any questions about your stock I suggest you call UBS and ask your question there.

The URL is the same for every company. You simply append the stock ticker on the back end.
Since you'll probably have more questions.... if your question is about your 401K or pension... I suggest you call Fidelity and ask your questions there as that's where they are being held.
I wasn't happy to have to take ERP but the accelerated vesting has happened. I am not a troll or HR person.
how does one even check if RSUs are vested? With no Intel connection, I am not sure how to find out.
You know, you guys have really small minds if you think everyone that's happy has to be HR. All I can say is good riddance to you. No one, including Intel or otherwise, needs people like you working for them. And I use the word "working" loosely as I doubt you produced much with your narrow & suspicious minds.
Thanks for the update Intel HR.
Same here (ERP under Rule of 55 so not eligible for RSU accelerated vesting but that's OK with me, as an admin I didn't have many RSUs anyway). No complaints with how Intel has handled my ERP. Same goes with Fidelity. VERY responsive and timely.
Thank you, Intel & Fidelity!
