I didn't sign and filed lawsuit and have a good case.
get a new job and watch with great satisfaction as intel get's BK'd and sinks.
The VSP was very age discriminate that's what it was voluntary. The ISP ideally was based on performance/stock.
If there is a case for discrimination then get a lawyer.

@vbn it's not about whinning. Intel did many illegal things, like firing people taking MLOA and due to age and health bias. Why do you think their package is so good? Still it would be nice if someone has the money to sue them.
