Havant has been on a downward spiral for some time now. Most of the real talent has left already. Those that remain are waiting for a payoff or simply would not cut it in the real world. Sad but true.
Having been at Havant last year when redundancies happened I would say the visit of a person from Longmont is probably coincidence. Last year it all came 2nd hand through the local HR team, who were just basically messengers nobody from the US bothered to show their face they left the local management and HR to take the stick and pass messages.
Strong rumours coming from that group but nothing concrete yet let's hope his info isn't true as 70 is a big chunk of an already depleted workforce
