I heard through the grapevine that they were looking at different criteria this time to make selections for RIF in OKC. I heard they have been watching individial work ethics. Supposedly they have been monitoring things like who has been hanging out in the cafeteria and fitness room too much. There are certaing jndividuals in different work areas, but I believe there are specific groups on the radar for poor performance.. which should be the case anyway.. As far as I know, certain individuals from call center leadership and one of the recovery labs have a reputation for loitering away from their work location and spenfing more then 2 hours a day in tge cafeteria. Hate to see anyone get the axe but if they have to pick people, picking the slackers makes sense. Probably some politics involved though considering these groups, so I will believe it when I see it. Yup agree it's not fair, but when has this company ever been fair?
age of what? the employee? it is not fair to layoff just the youngest or oldest employees
