Wonder how they count the jobs that have been lost here yet were transferred overseas.

Doesn't look right, as Intel closed more than 40 small sites worldwide and the number due to site closure should be in few thousands. Just in Pune India 2 site closures impact would be around 300 heads.

22/14nm factories will all be under loaded, the 10nm factory full but no real output.

Plus we see a clear-cut "out with with the old employees" strategy--stagnant is the word all the MCM'ers used in their QGSs about those malingering Successfuls. Per other posts, you can bell-curve and Focal to your heart's content, but until you find something people really want to buy, all you do is cull the herd to produce exceptional people doing exquisite sh-- with no marketability.
