As a member of the leadership team at Pearson, I'm driving sales by requiring my management team to constantly post on LinkedIn. While research shows that there may be no correlation to this and actual business success, it allows each of us a chance to see what a quality technology platform looks like at least once a day.

Pearson doesn't even know. They laid off & outsourced all these positions and had zero plan in place. When people started asking who was taking over the work for the LSC group that was let go and how it was all going to work......crickets.
Pearsons is like Frakenstein, and none of the different pieces, patches talk to each other. This place won't exist in 4 years.
