I realize that VSP is technically voluntary but for some it may seem coerced with all the threatening emails that the next round won't have such a good package. For those who took VSP and have filed unemployment, what did you use for reason for leaving?

VSP is anything but voluntary. Claim job elimination on your unemployment application.

I took VSP and collected unemployment in Oregon. I stated I was laid off. No problems collecting unemployment. My experience applies only to Oregon.
Should have taken a picture before you left.
The emails have been deleted, the only thing that is valid is the voluntary contract you signed.
