With the deadwood and filth gone, intel is a much better place to work now. I could feel a new level of freshness in the office. This change is certainly going to trigger more and more innovative ideas and help the company recover from the lag it faced in the last couple of years. Good going BK and the leadership team.

You obviously were in a group where your thrown was cluttered with resources that were preventing you from performing to your full potential... and it happens in some cases that there are areas to cut and it just may be some have been 'hanging' around to long...
However, from my observations downsizing 'experienced/senior level' resources with RCGs and/or low cost GEOs can set things back or better yet derail the operation...
If you think this move as well as those to come will fix things...
I'm glad i took the ERP and in a year we can revisit how happy 'you' are and how happy all those who took or were forced to take ISP/VSP/ERP are doing....

It might be cleaner but still not healthy -until it gets rid of sick people like this OP. I cannot imagine those respectful or decent former colleagues of mine would come here for the pleasure of belittling those less fortunate.
OP have you tried to change an idea into real product? Just to remind you - any ideas, no matter good or bed are canceled due to efficiency cuts. No one will give you time or heads to help you with even first step PoC. So, can you elaborate how you want to innovate?

Agree with OP.
LOL, yeah.. .it'll be cleaner and cleaner every year now as they cut and cut and cut as revenue continues to drop, margins go down and BK tries prop up the stock. Nothing but the finest wood soon....
