I agree with 24 yr old, i mean why can't everyone just stay focused on their job and whatever happens, let it be, you can't control it. If you are working somewhere else good for you focus on that job and stop being miserable. Your supervisors have a play in the ones who choose people to go not only big bosses. My supervisor told me face to face and everyone in our plant how it goes, yes there are good workers that get let go but MAJORITY are the ones with bad attendance and or dont work well, they are targeting also indirect employees so stay in a work order in a timely manner.

Sounds like Pampa is even more screwed up than the rest of NOV! That's saying something! I thought Conroe was bad, our supervisors are bad, but not that bad.
Jeff Patterson didn't do his job in fab. just driving a forklift. Why he kept his job as long as he did shows what's wrong in Pampa. To lazy to drive a forklift, that's lazy.
Don't forget about Hinds getting removed as night supervisor for sleeping on the job. They shut down the night crew. The woman that reported it is gone. The sleepers are still here! NOV justice, kill the messenger. At Pampa Tx. anyway.
Remember when machine shop supervisor Randy Hinds, Mike Nelson, Rick Boling, & Jeff Patterson would come in from 6:00 to noon on Sat. They were making time & 1/2, & they would all 4 sit in the office all day & never do an ounce of work. They would sit & talk for 6 hours. They would only leave the office to go to the bathroom, get a coke, or to take a golf cart to get breakfast they had delivered to NOV. This went on for many months, they did about the same during the week. This is all 100% true. Hinds & Nelson are still there raping the company.
You don't know Mike Nelson a (calibration) person! NOT! Before he was a terrible calibrator, he was a lazy worthless inspector. He would get 70 hours or more a week & not inspect anything. He would come in on Sat. & Sun. Afternoon get out all the jobs & not inspect anything. Just do the paperwork send the job on without inspecting anything. Everyone in the shop knew the scam, they call him Yada-Yada, cause he never shuts up. What a joke!

To many worthless asskissers are keeping their jobs. Some deserve to be laid off, others need to be. They are the problem!
