Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Upper Management

What are the upper management thinking staying on the sinking ship? Leena Munjal seems to be the face of upper management, although why would such a successful young executive stay at a dying company? Nothing makes sense.

Agreed. Many of the SHC upper management shills are just taking what they can get until the company goes under. One regional manager I know told me that he is staying for the severance and any benefits he can get. He is looking for another job but figures SHC will not fire him because there is no one with any talent or brains who wants to be a part of this company unless you are already here and just want severance

Talented? The person your praising is responsible for the 'customer experience' at SHC. Don't hear much to brag about in that regard.

A 1.3 million dollar salary might motivate one to stay with a 'sinking ship' for awhile. What would you have to lose?
