The exact distribution was left to VP discretion.

Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.
Well that was a little silly, self-censoring "sh--ty" but not the other expletives.
C'mon, go whole-hog, man! Bring it!
Dumbfuck Directors and above do work on bonus plan. We dont get paid when you pussies do sh--ty work. Crack the whip bitch
Uhhh yeah. Senior directors are median of $199k, according to glassdoor.com.
100k lol. Directors and VP's make significantly more than that.
The VPs are priveledged aren't they. I recommend a 20% salary cut and no bonuses for Director positions and above. They should be paid on performance. How is it good performance to plan to cut heads every few months. What the hell was yhe plan in the first place? Was this it? Pretty impressive administration - not. There is the theory that you have pay well to get good exec talent. If I were an owner/stockholder, I sure as hell would have them on the coals having Directors and above explain how they earn their 100k a year to keep the revolving door spinning and morale low.
Location?
I hate working there. Why can't they have a sign up where you can voluntary leave and still get unemployment? I bet a whole crowd would sign up.
With the soldiers gone , do we still need generals? Maybe just downgrade the management grade by two levels . That makes more sense
Why don't they cut the VP?
