Get any personal files off your computer while you have time. They will lock you out of your computer on the day of the layoff.
Multiple sources have confirmed the next one will be June 29th, with future layoffs also being planned. They won't have the next layoff after the 29th until they've forced you to use your vacation to reduce what they pay out. That requirement is not for all Seagate, only part of Seagate is being forced to take vacation. If you got that email, you need to be worried.
The job finding assistance that Seagate offers is a complete waste of time. Utterly worthless. However, Seagate doesn't pay for it unless you use it, so if you would like participate just to stick Seagate with another bill, that's your prerogative.
