That burritos idea isn't a bad one frankly. It would do more for employees than LHH will. One will fill your tummy up, and one will waste your time.

Some managers still have a book that sits on their shelf called "1001 Ways to Reward Employees." Many times, newbies would see these books and not realize that they were intended as a joke. If you open one up, you'll see that all the pages are actually blank! Har harhar har har.

Maybe Seagate could just stop bothering with the HR exit interviews and dump the LHH help and instead leave a bag of frozen burritos on the laid off persons desk with a farewell card attached. At the same time they could play that song "final countdown" by Europe over the PA system repeatedly.
