New uneducated Sales leadership in India screwing the co. further and trying as much as they can to fill their pockets through partners before the ship sinks. Very unfortunate.
With fear of Avaya sell out, lot of experienced people in India are leaving company. No back fill is being done. New college pass outs are hired and being replaced as back fill. This Is adding lot of pressure on managers and other team members who are already very confused about Avaya and there own future. Only confusion and frustration prevails in Avaya. Almost everyone in India is searching for new opportunities. Talented ones are moving out and non talented ones will only remain with Avaya untill forced to leave. Dear friends, if you wanna secure your family - LEAVE AVAYA.

No one is ready to buy Avaya with so much of debt. That is the reason why Kevin and team are opting for termination package. Smart move.... get out with as much money as possible and leave the company to Bankrupt......
Who is going buy Avaya??
Furlough announced for Q4, execs are taking 10 days holidays and the rest are being mandated to take 5 days, but make sure you don't impact the business and take those days when master says so, Kevin still needs his bonus.....oh and another Furlough on the way for September, they really value there staff......
