Its actually 8 weeks but you have to do math.
Read section 1 of the SRA. It is the section about WARN Act Payments. In the first 3 sentences, it sould specific a 6 week lump sum payment.
Add this to the 2 weeks called out in section 2.
Start looking for a job. Intel is over.
