The ISP letter said 3 weeks to receive severance package and I am still waiting. I have called the HR numbers provided and emailed the transition services and I have received no response or meaningful information.
Is there anyone in AZ that has not received papers?
I am in AZ received the package on 25th, same info as @1zyr. They are asking to returned the signed form by May 31st.
JUST got my papers today, the 25th. Letter dated the 5th. Postmarked the 23rd, priority. That's speedy.
Try 916 377 3459 I thinks its VSP but they anwer Q's and maybe can point you in the right direction.

Send a note to transition support they might just send you a PDF of everything that you can just sign and return the electronic. I did that as the sent me the wrong package, would I expect anything else, a mistake and then another mistake, LOL
I'm in AZ as well. Checked my mail on 5/24 and no papers yet.
I'm in AZ and received the release letter and exhibit A package yesterday. Note that this is a generic package sent out to everyone, it doesn't specify the exact amount of compensation offered.
