Well regardless of whether NOV IT lifted the posts the fact remains that Ali Baba and the forty thieves have been accuse of a $1 fraud scheme against NOv. No lawyers in the land would take this to the courts if substantial evidence had not been sought. You guys can talk all you want about 'politics' but at the end of the day facts are facts!!! At the end of the day this has nothing to do with race, nationality or institutional political interests. It's to do with basic principles of honesty, loyalty and integrity! We need to ask ourselves the simple question of what is right and what is wrong! There is no witch hunt , no man hunt, no political agenda just a simple question of where did the money go and why?

Clean up is much needed and long overdue. However, as the honest hardworking majority, if the new management is just trying to bully their way, we have bad news for them. Just like all Americans are not the same ( just look at the support for that lunatic Trump) not all Lebanease are the same!!!
Is the investigations limited to Dubai??? Why not investigate all MENA?? Unnamed Exec planted Lebanese seeds everywhere. These guys running own Businesses beside and NOV is the source customer of their business. Managers running Restaurants, Office equipment supplies, Travel agency, Mechanical Contractor, Manpower supplier, Inspection services and commission from Agents by providing the inside info
This has been going on for years and none of the seniors had the balls to stand up to the Don. New finance guys would do well to investigate payroll going back years as rumour has it that people not on active NOV duties got paid and also some got extra to what was actually due to them. Very happy about the clean up and wish NOV well!!

Meanwhile they gave us a pay cut, cut our utilities and asked us to watch every cent we spent, all this whilst they were filling their pockets. The revelation that Matta and his 40 thieves were syphoning of company money is just the tip of the iceberg. The shredders will be working overtime in many MENA facilities.

What nonsense! If you look at the information this goes back years. Oooh we've just discovered potential ethical and /or criminal activity and are acting resolutely blah blah blah. What has the leadership ( and I use that phrase very loosely ) been doing these past few years? Clay etc were in a perfect position to examine ,ask questions and dare I say it discharge their responsibility as officers and did not. Why ?because the money was rolling in and they frankly couldn't care less about ethics or probity or competency and good governance. This now comes to the fore in a downturn and with federal indictments looming. This would be a joke were it not the case that the vast majority in NOV are honest and want to work hard for the company and their leaders are singularly lacking in either ethics or moral courage.
