ISP impact on receiving ERP

I have had successful rating but L4 stuck and received the ISP. I am also eligible for ER based on rule of 75. At the time of my departure, HR person mentioned that I was eligible for ERP. Looking at the latest package that was mailed, they have specified that ISPs are not eligible for ERP. Did they pull a fast one on my? Anyone else in the same boat? Anything we can do?

I got the same package on Tuesday, and I am also retirement eligible. I called and they said they mailed us the wrong packages. In fact I had hardly finished my first sentence when I was asked, "Are you retirement eligible?" When I said yes, she said that they had mailed out the wrong packages and to basically ignore what I got. She said they are mailing new packages out on Wednesday and apologozed.

Today (Wednesday) I called again and received confirmation of my first conversation. She said the correct packages went out today. She also said she would email me the contents but I have yet to see them.

My advise is to look at everything you receive very carefully and make sure it agrees with what you have been previously provided. It's obvious that they are struggling with this so take nothing for granted.

Same here, just received the package and it is for ISP, when I am eligible for ERP (30+ years at Intel). As it sounds like it was a mistake, has anyone received feedback if it is going to take then another four weeks to mail the generic ERP paperwork to us? (Have left a message and sent an email, but as we all know, the response time is pretty pathetic).

check the ISP list the ages with the + sign have been flagged eligible for ERP and should match what HR shared ...the whole agreement paper is clearly very generic and misleading..was not expecting it to be so rude like a large copy/print job for 1000's impacted versus catered to for each individuals..sad state

Send a note to transition.support@intel.com

Same thing happened to me today, was clear when I walked out after 20 years, first level 4 stock, shown the door and not even given time to pack my cube, say good bye to co-workers.. that is BK for you!

As BK said he is committed to dignity and confidentiality and respect. And if they screw it up he'll make it right, LOL. Well they made the same mistake with me. There is a different form for ERP and for Cobra. It was too hard for HR to get it all right... was very hard with them three categories and still couldn't get it right. I will be double checking everything going forward, pay; stock etc. etc.
