We all hear about the complaints from the hard working folks against the bullshitting opportunists who move up at the expense of the really nice hard working people. I am just curious how those opportunists think about their dirty acts. I mean are they devoid of empathy and don't they question their own actions?

You can be hard working, but that doesnt absolve you of having simple people skills. It matters.

For every visa they apply for their need to be a req out there to make sure no US Citizen exists that will apply. Then Intel needs to find away to justify to immigration why they aren't qualified as the foreigner, LOL
