Looks like more jobs being shifted to offshore by IBM. At least their CEO does not go public bashing their employees for being fired for performance. Intel is the worse.

Funny part about that article is IBM will actually end up with the same number of employees after the layoff. They are bring in H1B to take American jobs. 94+ million Americans out of work...time to vote Trump.
