So as an ISP recepian and elegible for ER, I was told at the day of receiving my initial package that I was elegible for ERP based on rule of 75 but now based on the final package that is starting to come out, it looks like they are trying to back out of their promise and eleminate the individules that have received ISP from receiving ERP? Anyone knows what's going on?

Intel should be sued for labeling ISP employees.

Just drives home the point that Intel HR is lying to you (as usual). Intel can chose and pick who they want to hire, but so can every other company out there. There's a grey area with respect to contractors doing work at an Intel campus where Intel can pressure the contracting firm not to sent ISP'd folks, though I believe it's against some laws (can't cite any, not a legal eagle).

The only information Intel HR are allowed to give a prospective employer is hiring and departure dates and whether they consider you eligible for rehire. A 'no' on the latter may be a problem at some places, haven't experiencenced it though. Disclosure up front would neuter that problem.

In Oregon it is against the law to distribute or publish blacklists to prevent individuals to be employed (ORS 659.805). If you see such a list I'd say Ka-Ching for you.

Nope. Intel ISP not eligible for work anywhere on the planet according to Intel HR for getting successful rankings, lower stocks, and no written or verbal warnings. We are all blacklisted permanently from working again for being "successful". So no!
