The "Code" affirms Intels 5 Principles of Conduct

  1. Conduct Business with Honesty and Integrity. Being Blindsided( is that in Websters Dictionary now for Integrity )

  2. Follow the Letter and Spirit of the Law. Which law would that be, State Law or within the confines of Intel walls?

  3. Treat Eachother Fairly. Seriously? Didn't experience that

  4. Act in the Best Interests of Intel and Avoid any Conflict of Interests. BK, brush up and #4

5.Protect the Company's Assests and Reputation Reputation went down the toilet hole once the rules of your game changed and blindsided employees.

CoC ? what about Constructive Confrontation better. I confront Intel by publicly exposing the internal mess that the public, especially investors are not aware of. It has to be done anonymously, or else it would be destructive for me. It could potentially be Constructive for Intel shareholder if they investigate the allegations get to the bottom of the issue, get it solved fast and hopefully with genuine Care, Dignity and Respect , punish the real culprits. For sure some incompetent leaders would disagree with my approach. But being a good Intel employees they just have to disagree and commit. Btw I am also practising informed risk taking, I inform hoping to risk the jobs of the real culprits this mess.

"Could you please post 2016 code of conduct for the people let go before 2016?"

Found it on the public net: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/policy/policy-code-conduct-corporate-information.html

Although, I do not see/read anything about squirrels' rights (I am now confused)!?

While I'm not impressed with the quality of posts in this forum I don't think Intel can't enforce code of conduct in forums outside of Intel. people are allowed to have their personal opinions whether Intel agrees with them or not.

HR in Intel is not promoting Intel values itself. It is very political and spineless. It only serves interests. It is pushing number of problematic policies like preference for minorities against skills and merit based system that all best companies have. Now, you can see lots of teams transformed from white to beige, many arranged marriage "minorities" and so on. I heard of number of open door cases where HR was not promoting Intel values. Hiring is disorganized with very little to no preselection. HR pressures management to hire "minorities" with weak or no skills and reject good or even top candidates and so on

Joke of the day I'd say. Remember those absolutely worthless courses, always ending with small well hidden clauses about the code not applying to management. Fortunately, and obviously, once you leave Intel site/campus the code is not enforcable.

So, Intel HR.. FU, Intel (slow and incompetent) IT.. FU too. The clueless management at Intel gets the respect earned, which of course isn't much if any at all. Intel Legal is just a bunch of arrogant and incompetent parasites, how much has their failures cost over time (EU, tech worker, amd)??

Pretty much in line with @tdl.
