A lot of companies that moved out of CA into Texas, for example, ended up moving back to CA? Why? Talent pool sucked elsewhere.

@HwSyUh6-1ukx. Don't worry... All the CA transplants are Trump voters who couldn't find/keep a well paid/high tech job in CA and could afford to stay in CA. That's why they moved Arizona. Because they could find a minimum wage job, get on food stamps, and still be able to buy a house to live in.
Think of the cost of living in CA as Darwin's financial survival of the fittest. You Zonies get the Californian leftovers that couldn't make it here.

Hogwash, Qualcomm has no expertise in silicon manufacturing, they are all about IP and design using foundry.
A very good model in the past but the problem is labor and designers are far cheap in the far east then crazy expensive USA so the foreign based companies and designers will clean Qualcomms clock as their patents and IP run out, or just copy and use it overseas.
If Arizonians will be on food stamps, wouldn't it make more sense to vote for Bernie Sanders? I mean, after all, aren't the GOP for eliminating entitlement benefits?
Oh wait, I forget. Arizonian would be just like one of the many red states known as "welfare states" where a good percentage of the US citizens in that state are on welfare.
