ACT efficiency phase

Manager mentioned that HR is rolling out ACT efficiency phase training for managers in affected groups but she won't know details till next week.

Sounds like new hatchet job. Any more info?

@1del well good SOMEBODY needs to put a stake through the heads of zombie projects around here. It's a decade late but now that they've wasted billions, someone finally paying attention! Except other stuff is being done in the name of efficiency as well. Like moving HC to emerging markets etc.

ACT Efficiency was phase 2 of the ACT plan. It got delayed by 2 weeks and it targets projects that are no longer viable or producing any results. VSP notices will go out this week and next week, but will have different term dates depending on project

Project cancellations are being finalized

Here ERM are getting lots of opportunity to find jobs ahead of the cuts, why is that not a surprise?

The next phase has started. Jobs are being eliminated state-side for "emerging markets" ... get you terminology correct. :(
