There is no need to keep the Orange facility. Mexicali makes the most sense financially, bottom line. The property is prime and value is at an all time high. Save/Make a lot of money for the company at this time and for the long haul.
would be the smart thing to do. way cheaper there then orange. im sure the bean counters have looked at that. my opinion here, nov cares for $$ NOT employee's . sorry to say.
Curious if there has been any talk of relocating Orange Top Drive builds down south to nearby Mexicali?
worked there for years. never understood when tubo bought it they stayed in calif. oil industry in calif. didn't make sense to me. don't get me wrong ! glad they stayed till I retired ! this is the perfect time to shut down and relocate some where else.
