Thread regarding Nokia Corp. layoffs

Finland: Announced=1300, Actual=1032, What about the remaining 268 jobs (1300 -1032)? Is USA going to be the one paying the heavy price?

First of all, let me say, I don't like anyone getting layoff. However, it was announced that Finland would cut 1032 jobs instead of the originally planned 1300. That's 268 jobs less then the original plan. So I'm wondering, if the goal is to cut cost "above" 900 million Euros, then will there now be an additional 268 job cuts in USA? Are USA employees in Mobile Networks the ones to pay the heavy price for bringing ATT/Verizon/Sprint as customers to Nokia?
