How much does a grd10/PE make at SC intel. Is it at par with other companies in the bay area? Thanks

Glassdoor is typically depressed since it has old salary values, and not everyone reports. I was just promoted to a new grade and am already way over the a supposed average pay for my job role and grade in glassdoor, but promotion is supposed to take you to the lower end of the new grade.
Grade 10 are PEs
350k
Gr 9 is 200-250 w-2 so I would bet Gr 10 is consistently over 300
Grade 10 is definitely over 300k$ t-comp
Wow grade 10 is 2x grade 8
Damn! lay those phugger off. after a few years you should be able live very comfortable. at this point in my life, if I suddenly ran into a million dollars, last thing i care to do is waste the rest of my life working at an uninspiring job in which my contribution is probably irrelevant to the success of the company. Greed is a very powerful thing, I guess.
Intel has failed as a company with these employees as Grade 10. Should tell you something about their contributions.

Around $320k-$370k based on my own numbers.
$350k plus stock. Intel pays very well at this grade
