OP here. Yes, related to project cancellations/group collocations/"efficiencies"? Are you a good performer and all of sudden every on has been super nice to you and giving you prominence? Well that is because your job is going bye bye ... they know it is unfair .. so they are trying to do the "respect and dignity thingy". Hope that you can find some thing in a different group.
